The Little Wedding Treasures Experience

Initial Contact 

Your unique journey with Little Wedding Treasures will commence from our very first interaction where we will briefly ask about your decor ideas and the vision for your special day.

 

Your wedding date is required at this initial stage as we take bookings years in advance and our diary fills up fast.  If your wedding date is available a non-refundable £50.00 deposit can be made to reserve the date, which will be deducted from your final balance.       

 ridal Consultations

Once your deposit has been paid and your wedding date secured, an exclusive bridal consultation will be arranged with a member of our team, who will remain your personal contact throughout your entire journey with Little Wedding Treasures.

At the consultation you will receive a luxury bridal goody bag containing useful information and some complimentary goodies as a little thank you gift for choosing us.

Where possible bridal consultations will take place at your wedding venue allowing us to look around together whilst further discussing decor, themes, colours and styles.  We continually introduce new products to our range, so if you have something different in mind then please just let us know.

 

At Little Wedding Treasures we know that no two weddings are the same which is why we offer such a flexible and bespoke service allowing us to meet each individual customers style and expectations.

Your assigned Little Wedding Treasures representative will oversee all aspects of your decor and styling requirements,  from consultation stage right through to setting up on the big day itself.  This allows us to provide a tailored and more personal service.

 

We feel it’s important to build a strong relationship with you in order to gain an insight into your unique style, ensuring our work is representative of you and truly allows your personality to shine through at your wedding.

 

Your rep will be available in the lead up to your wedding by telephone, email or in person to answer any questions you may have regarding decor and styling.  We are always happy to help out and love hearing from our brides and grooms so please do not hesitate to get in touch at any time.

n    Th e    Da y

By the time your wedding arrives your rep will have a comprehensive understanding about your decor requirements and will have fully briefed our team of staff to ensure an efficient and seamless set up.

 

All stock required for your wedding will have been prepared in advance.  Items will be collected from our store room, carefully packaged to maintain quality during transit and ticked off our checklist as they are loaded onto our branded Little Wedding Treasures vehicles.  All staff will arrive for set up fully uniformed ensuring professionalism and so that we are easily identifiable.

 

We firmly believe in quality over quantity and therefore operate on a ‘one wedding per weekend’ basis providing you exclusivity to the finest products and services we offer. This approach allows us to give each wedding the full time and attention it deserves without rushing on to the next booking.  This is the key to our success as we are able to maintain the highest standard of work and exceptional attention to detail.

 

Our team are perfectionists which is why our work stands out from the rest.  By the time we have finished setting up your venue - the transformation will blow you away!

o s t We d d i n g

Following your wedding we will return to the venue at a day and time previously agreed with you to collect our items.  We set down quickly and quietly, checking over stock to ensure everything remains in the pristine condition it arrived in and is therefore perfect for the next customer.  Assuming no loss or damage has occurred, we will return any damage deposits paid within 1 week of collection.

We occasionally send an email post wedding to ask how your special day went, see any photographs and may ask for a review on your experience with us.

We will have worked with you for a long time planning your wedding, however our journey together rarely ends here as most customers are so delighted by our services that they continue to return to us for their future parties, events and special occasions for which they require decor and styling.
